By accessing or using goabcprint.com (“Site”), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. User Accounts

You may register for an account via email magic link or OAuth (Google, X). You’re responsible for your credentials and any activity under your account.

3. Orders & Payments

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are quoted in USD and include applicable taxes. Payments are processed via Stripe.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (text, images, logos) is owned by ABC Printing or its licensors and protected by IP law. You may not reproduce without permission.

5. Prohibited Conduct

• Unauthorized access, interference, or data scraping.
• Posting unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
• Reverse engineering or decompiling our code.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Site is provided “AS IS.” We disclaim all warranties. To the fullest extent permitted, ABC Printing is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold ABC Printing harmless from any claims arising out of your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of California, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Revised Terms will have a new “Effective date” above and will apply once posted.
